Tatiana Demidova, a German artist, lives and works in Berlin. She was born in Saint Petersburg, where she
studied painting and graphic design at the Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design.

After graduating, she worked as a freelance artist and book illustrator, and also as graphic artist at the
Institute of Oriental Studies RAN during the archaeological excavations in Samarkand und Bukhara.

Later, she continued her education and completed her studies at the High Courses for Screenwriters and Film
Directors. After that, she worked as an artist and director at the studio “Animation Magic Inc.” in Boston
(USA).

Since 1998, Tatiana Demidova lives in Germany. She works as a freelance artist and as a book illustrator for
various publishers.
